The reservation process is a completely secure process (https). We don't keep or have access to your card details. When you get to the payment process, the system connects directly to your bank which is who charges you, following the security systems that you have established (for example, sending a pin to your phone or entering the value of your coordinate card).
The reservation is already confirmed since we manage the available dates of the activity owner. In case of any accident, the owner or us will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Once finished the reservation, you can receive multiple confirmations:
- From us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the reservation. The reservation is done directly with the owner or the activity manager, which is automatically notified at the same moment of your reservation.
- The owner of the activity may send you another email confirming the reservation when introducing your reservation in its computer system. However, it isn't something done by most of the owners, so don't worry if you don't receive this confirmation.
- Your bank may also notify you that you have made the payment for the amount of the reserve.
In our confirmation you will receive all the information needed, such as the data of the activity owner, schedules, meeting place, etc. Print and take with you the confirmation the day of the activity.
We have agreed with the owner of the business some conditions that guarantee completely your rights, taking into account also the owners rights. One of the agreements we have with the owner is the possibility of canceling the reservation without cost during the longest time possible. Each activity depending on their characteristics may have different policies, so we recommend you reading the cancellation policy of each activity and having them in consideration.
